There was a lot of small jobs and rotted wood that Mike saw, after he opened everything up, that were unanticipated. He fixed everything and did not charge extra for the added work. I noticed that some of Home ResQ’s customers gave them poor ratings because they took longer than expected to finish the work. They did take one day longer than they said, but it had also rained every day for the past two weeks. So, I’m not going penalize them for it. Also, as I said, there was a lot of unexpected work necessary to correct the problems. In my humble opinion, these folks are the real deal.
