"The cost was between $1,000 and $2,000. They did a reasonably good job. I was kind of disappointed in the fact that they pieced together a downspout instead of making it one piece. I thought that was unnecessary. Instead of dropping the downspout down a little bit to clear the lighting fixtures, he put the outlet on the gutter offset so now the downspout comes crooked to bypass the light. It was a bit ridiculous. I also had to tell them when things were crooked which was a little disappointing. They were nice guys and they tried hard. They had the opportunity for high quality but they kind of sabotaged themselves. They were pretty responsive."
