"I have a commercial building with an unusual gutter / downspout situation. The building, while rather new, floods due to excessive water coming down from an upper roof, to a lower roof, then onto the ground - with a higher than normal grade in this one particular area. I worked with Craig McCully from brothers gutters . com. Craig was super to work with, took time to let me explain and understand this situation. He climbed the roof and devised a plan that appears quite plausible. I've received the estimate a short time later and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quote. "I called Frank and described our gutter problem. He first asked about who had originally installed the gutters; if the work was still under warranty, we could possibly have the original company come out and fix the problem for free. However, since it had been 10 years since the gutters were first installed, we decided to go with Gutter Time. Frank was over within an hour or so to have a look at our gutter, and determined that we just needed some better hardware to attach that part of the gutter more firmly to the house. He said the cost would be $25, but that we could even get the hardware and fix it ourselves if we wanted to, but we chose to have Gutter Time take care of it. Frank said the work would be done during the next day while we were at work. We got home the next day, and sure enough, the gutter was no longer sagging. The workers left an invoice on the door for $25, which we happily paid right away."
