Unfortunately they were unable to do the work that I was interested in having done. Jake told me up front that the area where I wanted the gutters did not look like they would be able to install them. They did email me and called to let me know they could not do the job. The area for the gutters was a flat patio roof. Because of the way the roof was installed there was no way they could install gutters without damaging the roof. I really appreciate that they were upfront and did not try to do a poor job. My personal experience with them was very good."
