"The job specifically was to replace two downspouts only. This was a very small job and I even had the downspouts which the tech used, so there was no room for profit there. They did the job, removing all my novice stop gap remedy, as if it was a complete replacement of all gutters and downspouts. The tech stopped got the elbows for the job did the work and was gone in an hour. I was notified of when he arrived what he needed to do and when he was leaving. The yard was spotless and if I did not know the downspouts were duct taped to the house when I left for Chicago that morning, I would not have been able to tell the tech had been there. It was handled very professionally and courteously from the first phone call to the final notification of completion. Great job. "Gutter gators came out to repair 3 of my downspouts that my dog had ripped off my house while chasing chipmunks. The chipmunks would climb up my downspouts and my dog would chase them up the downspout and then proceed to rip them off while in pursuit of the chipmunks. Anyways, I contacted gutter gators and they came up with a solution the “rodent proof” my downspouts. They came out and promptly fixed the issue and I haven’t had an issue since. I’m very pleased with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone needing gutter or downspout work!"
