I had trouble getting them to add gutters to my second story balcony (about 15 ft).  I ok'd their estimate then realized the balcony gutters were left off.  I couldn't get them to modify the estimate to add balcony gutters.  They wouldn't agree over the phone or via e-mail to modify the estimate.  I had to meet the work crew at my house and tell them to install the balcony gutters; but they did it no problem and added about $90 which I thought was fair.
