It wasn't long before they provided the service, I don't remember when but I know that I didn't have to wait. There was on additional charge of about $500 on top of the $99. He showed me where I had a lot of cracks up the roof, they took pictures and he did some extra things like clear out a couple of gutters that wasn't included but he did that for me. Where it was was very steep and he went over there and found the problem for me. He was timely and cleaned everything up. I give him an A in the service itself. Yes, I would use him again."

"I called Frank and described our gutter problem. He first asked about who had originally installed the gutters; if the work was still under warranty, we could possibly have the original company come out and fix the problem for free. However, since it had been 10 years since the gutters were first installed, we decided to go with Gutter Time.
