I was disappointed with the limitation in gutter colors, which required me to change the color scheme for the exterior renovation project. They don’t have black gutters, which is what I wanted. The only other feedback I have is that I with they had offered to do more on the overall drainage issues beyond the physical gutters."

They removed all of it and put in new walls. All the plumbing had to be redone and then the shower installed. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. "Chuck returned my call within 2-3 days and came over and we discussed what needed to be done. He returned with an estimate within a day or two. We arranged for a start date and he and his team were on site at the agreed upon day and time. They pressure washed all the woodwork, ceiling and siding on the porch; they scraped, caulked and primed. There was a lot of scraping, especially the wood railings. A lot of attention was paid to the prep. Everything was topped off with a couple of coats of beautiful paint. They even suggested a wonderful contrasting color for the brickwork which turned out very nice. In addition, they cleaned and painted the concrete steps as well as filled in some gaps with concrete between the steps and the foundation. I was very please with how they cleaned up everything when they were done too. The job was done in 3 days."

He took pictures before and after on the roof of the part that was rotten and after he redid it. I was happy with him. I looked afterwards and there was no complaint. They did it in a timely manner, like they said they would. There were rain delays and it wasn’t their problem. They never tried to change the price on me. They cleaned up like nails and stuff in the driveway. I checked the driveway and there weren’t any nails or anything. They did a pretty good job. They did fine and it was a good job. I did have other estimates and they were okay. They called and asked if anything was wrong, and it has been a year. They got delayed and the work got a little hurried but it was damp and they couldn’t get to it. They did everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to cover and not replace certain things to make more profit, and I see all new gutters and everything."
