"Highly professional from the first phone call to the final walk through. Excellent communication by phone, e-mail and text, very responsive. Answered all questions and concerns and if they did not have an answer on hand, got back with me on requested information. No pressure to have the job done or when. In making a decision on materials and color, samples were presented so I could make a choice based on my personal preference. The only time I would say I needed to practice patience was due to the weather. I selected a metal roof which ended up being the quality of an industrial roof. I also had gutters and downspouts installed along with a heat strip to keep the ice dams at bay. Global went the extra mile by running the heat strip in the downspouts to keep them from freezing up.
