Initial communication online, they came out to visit (though not required), provided a quote and 1-click booking is the best for this busy household! Online invoicing with a credit card option was great too! They were very communicative throughout the process, very friendly, fantastic pricing (I had 3 bids gathered for my job) - fantastic, quality and thorough work!
