"Family owned company that is very easy to work with. They took off old roof and gutters and had new roof and the correct size gutters on my house in two days. I am very pleased. The foreman was reachable and easy to talk to. The two man crew that worked on the house were very nice. I would recommend this company to family and friends. It is funny, the next night after they had finished it rained. It sounded strange so I went out to look. I had to laugh because it sounded strange because the down spouts and gutters were correct size for a metal roof, unlike my previous ones and installed correctly unlike my old ones. That is why it sounded different because all the water coming off roof stayed in the gutters instead of over flowing like my old ones did. "Eric was great; he came out and actually measured the area in need of repair, giving a very accurate estimate for the project.  He even came back to the house when rain interfered with getting on the roof.  Even with the spring storms he was able to have my project completed within the time frame he initially gave.  My wife and I are very impressed with the work and the house looks much better.  He even added trim to areas along the roof that previously did not have trim; which balances the look of the house. We already had a painter working on the house and getting the wood work completed in such a timely manner was very helpful.

"Caliper Construction was very timely in providing a written estimate for the work. They were very helpful in assisting in obtaining financing for the project. They worked diligenently with my old insurance company due to hail and wind damage but was not successful in convincing them to assist in the cost of replacement.

Caliber arrived on site at the scheduled start time. By the end of the first day the old roof was stripped, and 3/4 of the new shingles were installed. By 10:00 the next day the roofing was completed.

It took Caliber one day to replace the gutters on the entire house.

Additionally they painted the ceiling in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked as an integral part of the project.

New gutters completely match our new mocha metal roof. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. There was one day they couldnâ t make it and Lynn promptly called to let us know.
