We had to reschedule at one point due to weather, but Matt kept me posted on timing the entire time. Upon installing the gutter, Matt noticed that part of the fascia board has rotted away and he replaced it free of charge. This was above and beyond the scope of the project and he could have just as easily charged for the additional work, but he didn't which was much appreciated.
