"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.

He also help me find the right color choice to blend in with my new siding and roof color. I was set on having gutter protection in place. Chris was kind enough to go over all my choices and explain his experience in what has been the best choice to prevent clogging and acorn packing. We went with the largest gutters, because of our roof size, as recommended by Mid-State Seamless Gutters. The cost was less than the two other gutter companies I had do an estimate and I got larger gutters and better fasteners.
