He explained what was going on with my siding, gave me options and recommendations for correcting it, and was patient with me as we discovered additional issues that needed to be addressed. The siding replacement is an exact match to the existing siding and the installation itself is much better than what had been there before. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
