He first asked about who had originally installed the gutters; if the work was still under warranty, we could possibly have the original company come out and fix the problem for free. However, since it had been 10 years since the gutters were first installed, we decided to go with Gutter Time. Frank was over within an hour or so to have a look at our gutter, and determined that we just needed some better hardware to attach that part of the gutter more firmly to the house.
