"The cost was between $1,000 and $2,000. They did a reasonably good job. I was kind of disappointed in the fact that they pieced together a downspout instead of making it one piece. I thought that was unnecessary. Instead of dropping the downspout down a little bit to clear the lighting fixtures, he put the outlet on the gutter offset so now the downspout comes crooked to bypass the light. They had the opportunity for high quality but they kind of sabotaged themselves. They were pretty responsive."
