"Dillon and Tony were very diligent and professional, and Dillon was very responsive to my questions regarding this project. The new gutter system they installed looks great!"

"The team who installed the gutters had to come back after the gutters fell down in a rain storm."

"Gutter was ffixed on the roof. Downspout was fixed on the wall. Gutters was cleaned. Felix and other tekknician woked good and fast."

"Ellicott was very helpful and knowledgable . I asked many questions which he answered graciously. He went up on the roof, took pictures of the clogged downspouts and gutters, two exposed nails and withering caulk which he resolved by blowing out the gutters and down spouts and sealing the nails with caulk. As much as roofs cost it makes good sense to use this company to maintain it. Plus the price was right. It doesn't get any better than that."

"Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning came on time according to the text message and did exactly what I needed."

"The first meeting with Mr. McDermott, the owner, was very pleasant.  There was no hard sell, just a presentation of his company's and his, qualifications, and the roofing replacement available. He was honest and readily answered any questions we had. My home, being a rancher with an attached oversized garage,is about 2x the sq. ft. of the usual 2-story home.  He said it would be completed in 1 day, and it was.  The crew arrived promptly, and worked without stop, except for lunch, for 11 1/2 hours. They were stripping the roof at 8:00 AM.  There was the additional problem of having to replace 12 sheets of plywood, so was expecting the job to run into the next work day, but it did not.  The crew was very polite and professional. A well oiled machine that wasted no time getting the job done in high heat and humidity...best time for roofing, but h****** the crew.  Upon completion of installing the new roof, they cleaned the area so well, that when they left, the only sign that they had even been here was my beautiful new roof.  I was impressed with the care they took not to damage plants and gutters, and with the way that they fitted the materials, including new plywood around my stone chimney,..no easy task.  It took two tries to get it right, and they went the extra mile to do so.  I would recommend this company for your roofing needs, and we will use them again for door replacement.  Very impressed with everyone involved, and have already recommended this company to a friend.."

"I have used Homecraft for several household projects in the past (replacement deck, replacement roof/gutters). I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of the work and with the caring attitude of the workmen. The 2 installers on this project were very pleasant and took measures to keep my home relatively clean during the installation process-- covering floors, televisions, etc. Jeff came by on both days to make sure the project was going as planned. I have had several neighbors complement me on the appearance of the new windows and I have a feeling that Homecraft will be installing more windows in my development. I am quite satisfied with the end result. These Alside Excalibur windows are not only much more energy efficient than my previous windows, but they also cut down on outside noises. In addition, the windows fold in to make cleaning so much easier. I greatly appreciate the line of windows and sliding glass doors that were recommended to me by Homecraft. I was again very satisfied with the installation process and I am happy with the final result. Thank you Homecraft!"

"Well my customer service experience with Champion was not very great. I had a 10:30 am scheduled appointment to have my gutters cleaned on Friday April 28, 2017. By 11:00 am I still didn't hear anything from a Champion representative. A Home Advisor associate called to ask how my project was going and I explained to her that I hadn't yet heard from anyone at Champion. After intervention by the Home Advisor associate, a representative from Champion contacted me 15 minutes later to tell me my scheduled appointment was delayed because the worker was working on another job that ran over the scheduled time due to roofing issues. While that is certainly understandable, a phone call without Home Advisor intervention would have been the proper and professional thing to do on behalf of a potential customer. After telling the representative I had to leave at 2:30 pm, I was assured that I didn't have to be home for them to clean my gutters and seal and fill whatever issues on my roof which were minimal. The worker finally arrived after I had left and provided pictures via cell phone of the work performed on the roof. I authorized the job remotely that needed to be done but I was clearly robbed of a great customer service experience. As a customer service manager for 15 years now, I can honestly say this was truly an epic fail in terms of providing a great experience worthy of a return service with Champion. To add insult to injury, I have not heard back from them after the job was told to me to have been completed and a sign left on my yard. I think I have provided enough feedback to inform others to gather more information and estimates before deciding on using Champion."
