"Installers were fast and professional. We've had a little bit of trouble getting them to come for the gutter installation for the second house, apparently due to one of their workers being ill, but it didn't have a huge impact on us (the job wasn't a rush).
We had a problem with a leaky gutter after the install. On the one hand, it was a little tough to get someone to come out and take a look at the problem. It took several emails to get someone to contact us, which was frustrating. However, they sent the original installers out to look at the problem with me. The guys were awesome. They explained exactly why there was a leak (it wasn't the gutters, there was a problem with our roof flashing), recommended exactly how to fix it, and gave some recommendations for good companies that could do the job. It was a great experience.

This company was able to come out and repair it the next day simply by me talking with them on the phone while I was at the airport. "Overall, Guardian did a great job. The Super, everyone at the office, and the site manager were all very professional and helpful. The roof is exactly as we wanted it, and it was certainly fair value for the money. I would have given 5 full stars except for a couple of things: 1) my project was planned a few weeks out, they still had to move the start date twice on the day(s) it was supposed to start; 2) the chimney rebuild was great, except they didn't cap the chimney, which let water in when it rained a few days later, and my wife had to point it out to the Super on his wrap-up visit/inspection - no one else caught it, including the guys who actually rebuilt the chimney; 3) still waiting on gutters to arrive (I could go pick them up myself at HD or Lowes), even though the work is done and was an original part of the order - it is going to be 5 or 6 days before they come back to add the gutters. Probably one of the easiest aspects of the job, which was part of the original work order, but is taking longer to finish than the roof itself. Is the roof awesome? Absolutely. Did Guardian do a great job? Yes. I would definitely hire Guardian again."

"We are extremely pleased with Brandon with Fresh Start Home Exteriors and the two roofers/gutter specialists who arrived right on time! Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. Brandon said it was an “easy fix” and we had asked several contractors to remedy it for the past 20 years. They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!!
