I had to have them come out and remove it so I could put a new roof on my house once the roof was finished I had them come back out and put the Helmet back on. I love this product...it does what it says it supposed to do and I love the triple warranty I have on it. Its a lifetime warranty. I like that they will come out to your house once a year and inspect their product and clean your roof and gutters as needed and if they find any issues with there product they will replace it for free.
