"Installers were fast and professional. We've had a little bit of trouble getting them to come for the gutter installation for the second house, apparently due to one of their workers being ill, but it didn't have a huge impact on us (the job wasn't a rush).
We had a problem with a leaky gutter after the install. On the one hand, it was a little tough to get someone to come out and take a look at the problem. It took several emails to get someone to contact us, which was frustrating. However, they sent the original installers out to look at the problem with me. The guys were awesome. They explained exactly why there was a leak (it wasn't the gutters, there was a problem with our roof flashing), recommended exactly how to fix it, and gave some recommendations for good companies that could do the job. It was a great experience.

"Ryan, the rep, was excellent and very knowledgeable.  I interviewed 5 roofing companies all were professional and in the approximate price range but I made the best choice of Pro Roofing.  The company coordinated the permit with the city. The crew showed up on time on the day scheduled, tore a shingled roof off with a minimum of mess, replaced it with composition tiles, installed a new skylight and vents and replaced all flashing. A  very nice and hard-working crew. Job completed on time.  The gutters were installed after I had the house painted (about 2 weeks after the roof was completed. Again done perfectly.  There were no surprises or extra costs incurred. I would highly recommend this company.

"10 Stars for Ned Stevens gutter cleaning!! I had small trees growing in my gutters and the front gutter was coming loose. They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!!
