"This is the 2nd time working with Durable Remodeling for a roof. This time it was my parents house that needed the roof. Dean came to the house and worked with my parents. The price was very reasonable to replace the entire roof, plywood, shingles and gutters, etc. The crew showed up tight on time and worked for over 12 hrs. They came back a few days later to install the gutters. Very good work. My parents are very pleased and relieved that its done. Communication was perfect. Dean responds very quickly to any questions and concerns you have. I highly recommend and would hire again"

"My choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. "Lou Ranieri visited our home and gave us an estimate for the work which took about four days. Lou and his son came in and did everything we expected and more. Honest, hard-working and professional are a few words I would use to describe them. They never left a mess and made sure everything was neat and clean when they left for the day. They went beyond the call of duty and did other small items unrelated to the cellar floor too. We are very, very pleased with the cellar floor. It is wonderfully smooth and functional again. I would highly recommend Lou and his company, Ranieri Construction, in a minute. They did a tremendous job and we are very happy we discovered them on Angie's List.
