"I called Jim Townsley because we thought the flashing around our chimney
needed repair (we were experiencing water damage in the room just below
the chimney.  Jim went up and said that the only way to get to the
flashing was to remove a layer of stucco which would be a big job.  And
since the rest of the roof looked good and relatively new it was likely
the flashing was OK.  On the other hand the chimney itself looked in
need of repair and that was likely causing the damage.  So while he
could not perform the service we called him for, he offered to do a few
other things to make up the cost of the Angie's list coupon.  And he
gave some advice regarding problems we've been having with our gutters. 
So he was completely honest and fair and we've asked him to estimate
the gutter work.
