I have an old Victorian house and had new gutters put on twenty years ago but had so many downspouts and no gutters on the cupola so my porch was very unprotected and got a lot of water when it rained. John immediately saw the problem and knew how to fix it. I have replaced my front porch twice not knowing that I had the wrong gutters but John knew right away that I didn't have the right size gutters. The crew that works for Elite were the best, very personable, told me exactly what they were going to do, very respectable of the property and did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup. Since my new gutters have been put up I have not had any issues with water on my porch, around my foundation and in my basement. "The installers arrived early which was a plus. What I hadn't been aware of was that Crown uses subcontractors for their work. They are subcontractors they have used for years and the work was completed timely and with excellence. They did clean up as well, another plus. We added gutter guards to our order and I did not realize this would be an additional day process. This could have been due to my scheduling issues, however Crown did not make me aware of the 2 step process when I accepted their bid. Crown did insure I was satisfied with the work and came out to insure their subs did the best job possible for us."
