"Gutter now fully functional. Went out during a recent rain and the gutters worked fully as advertised - better than the original."

"Received estimate on 11/14/16 from Wayne. Was told that it would be a week out before scheduling, Crew showed up on 11/15/16 to take care of the job. All in all, unless the lack of service from East Coast Gutter - Hollis, NH, Gutter Kings was very responsive, professional, and quick with the repair. Will be hiring them for a bigger job this coming Spring."

"Mr. Willard, Jr. came to do our estimate within a day or two of calling. We received the estimate in a couple of days time. It was by far the most extensive and professional of the estimates received. They were always very willing to answer and questions I had about the proposal and usually got back to me the same day.

After the 1st day of work, Mr. Willard, Jr. called me the following morning to inform me that his team had installed 5" gutters instead of the 6" gutters quoted, by mistake. He offered me a discount, or they'd be happy to take down the gutters and put the quoted ones on. We chose to have the quoted gutters put on. There was no extra charge for this. I was impressed, because I didn't even know there was a problem. We were having a breeze way replaced on the house as well in a near term project, so they happily left us roofing materials for the breezeway at no charge.

I was very, very happy with this contract."

"Gutter Shell is the only company you should consider if you need gutters installed with high quality materials and no headaches! Dave and the 2 Tom’s are the best! They have been doing this for a long time and get it done right! They are prompt to correct any issues or concerns and work with you to design the most appropriate system for your home design. Our home design with multiple roof lines is complicated so it needed skilled people We waited 1 year for a prior gutter contractor to get this work done and in the end we are glad he never came through. We feel we got a much better quality product, with prompt install, resolution of the few after issues we had, and no headaches or contractor chasing. Another plus is that gutter shell has no strapping showing on the gutters. Most do! We did not want this as it does spoil the look of the architecture to see the strapping. With Gutter Shell you have clean lines! No ugly straps showing ! If you need gutters…. Call Dave!"

"Very well. The estimate was provided by the owner and included a check of our roof ventilation (important to avoid ice damming). It was very detailed and Ken quickly answered my only remaining question. The crew was on time and worked quickly, finishing the roof and cleaning up in less than 2 days. The gutters were installed the following week by a separate crew. The price was in the middle of the 3 bids we solicited. The low bidder would have probably done a good job also, but Cook's estimate was much more complete so we felt that we understood all of the materials and methods to be used."

"They came next morning. Took off old gutter. Cleaned area and put on new gutter and mesh topping."
