 Edward Rollins at PGRS came to my house to inspect the gutters. He told me they would take care of the problem and there would be NO CHARGE!   He then sent some pressure cleaners to clean the gutters.  Next he sent out his gutter specialist who immediately realized in needed an additional downspout in a lower corner of the roof to handle the water flow.  He also placed end caps on the gutters so birds could no longer nest in them.  In another area he placed screening to handle the water flow.  During each phase of the operation Ed Rollins would call me to ensure my satisfaction with the work that was done.  I received the same attention I got when they installed the roof and gutters/covers and were being paid.  Amazing. In my experience, it is rare to find reputable people like Ed Rollins and PGRS.  They stand behind their work and place the customer first.  Even 5 years later.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters and covers.
