"Family owned company that is very easy to work with. They took off old roof and gutters and had new roof and the correct size gutters on my house in two days. I am very pleased. The foreman was reachable and easy to talk to. The two man crew that worked on the house were very nice. I would recommend this company to family and friends. It is funny, the next night after they had finished it rained. It sounded strange so I went out to look. I had to laugh because it sounded strange because the down spouts and gutters were correct size for a metal roof, unlike my previous ones and installed correctly unlike my old ones. That is why it sounded different because all the water coming off roof stayed in the gutters instead of over flowing like my old ones did. "The job specifically was to replace two downspouts only. This was a very small job and I even had the downspouts which the tech used, so there was no room for profit there. They did the job, removing all my novice stop gap remedy, as if it was a complete replacement of all gutters and downspouts. The tech stopped got the elbows for the job did the work and was gone in an hour. I was notified of when he arrived what he needed to do and when he was leaving. The yard was spotless and if I did not know the downspouts were duct taped to the house when I left for Chicago that morning, I would not have been able to tell the tech had been there. It was handled very professionally and courteously from the first phone call to the final notification of completion. Great job. I am very pleased with every step of the experience and would recommend them highly Oh that's right I already did. :-)"
