These guys did everything right, from our first encounter with Derrick and all down the line with the roofing crew, the siding crew and the gutter guys. When you all said you were going to do something, you did it. Everyone was professional and yet still "human". They took time to answer any questions we had (without making us feel like idiots) and smiled genuine smiles when they talked to us and were just very easy to get along with.
