"Fabulous! Mr Neely Willeford should be an inspiration to other roofing companies.  We had rain storms the end of October and the beginning of November so I knew that getting a roof replaced was not going to be quick as many people had damage and were filing insurance claims. I was not one of those people, thankfully. I had 3 quotes done and they were all pretty close in cost. Mr Willeford and another roofing company were here on the same day and at the same time. I advised Neely I had another company already scheduled and he stated that was fine and that it would not bother him at all. Of those 3 quotes, Neely was the only one to give us a quote right then and there, stated it would take a day, maybe a day and a half depending on the weather do reroof the house and attached building. He sat right here at our home, answered our questions, addressed our concerns, didn't try to upsell and physically handed us the quote. The other two companies offered to email or mail it and it would take them 2-3 days and they advised that they would not be able to get to me until mid January! Neely called 1 week later to follow up with us in regards to the quote we received from him.  We accepted the quote, he went to the City that day to obtain the permit right away. He waited for me to get back from an errand to show me samples of the colors available for the shingles. As soon as I picked what I wanted he was on the phone to his supplier to get all the materials delivered. They were delivered as promised on Monday. Being Thanksgiving week, I was surprised it was so fast. Neely called us on Sunday and stated the roofing crew would be starting Monday morning. The crew was great! They were fast, courteous, cleaned up as they went, were quiet and they ran the magnet roller many times around the house and driveway. I was very impressed. Neely checked on the crew even though his foreman was here. There was a concern with the Drip edge and the rain gutters but he solved it right away! Mr Willeford even came back the next day to run a magnet again to pick up any stray nails and called the City Inspectors office to advise it was done.. The price he quoted is the price I paid! I cannot say enough wonderful things. I will be telling every one I know who needs a roof to contact Mr Willeford. You couldn't ask for a more concerned personable person.
