They cleaned out the gutters, down spouts and caulked the corners. The also extended several down spouts. They arrived promptly and removed the debris which is a sign of good workmanship.  Edward Rollins at PGRS came to my house to inspect the gutters. He told me they would take care of the problem and there would be NO CHARGE!   He then sent some pressure cleaners to clean the gutters.  Next he sent out his gutter specialist who immediately realized in needed an additional downspout in a lower corner of the roof to handle the water flow.  He also placed end caps on the gutters so birds could no longer nest in them.  In another area he placed screening to handle the water flow.  During each phase of the operation Ed Rollins would call me to ensure my satisfaction with the work that was done.  I received the same attention I got when they installed the roof and gutters/covers and were being paid.  Amazing. In my experience, it is rare to find reputable people like Ed Rollins and PGRS.  They stand behind their work and place the customer first.  Even 5 years later.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters and covers.

"10 Stars for Ned Stevens gutter cleaning!! I had small trees growing in my gutters and the front gutter was coming loose. They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!! "I have tried several different types of gutter guards on my 5 homes over 40 years. These are by far the best. They keep out the big leaves and the needles and the seeds. And they do not just pile up on top, eventually growing little trees. They wash off. Trees drop branches and pine cones but they have not damaged the gutter guards. Other guards do okay with big leaves, but needles and seeds get through. Ice and pine cones invert them or branches impale and dislodge them. If you are determined to keep your gutters clear and have mature trees above them you will end up with this system eventually. Cheaper and easier to do it the first time."
