"Brian came to my home and did quality service work. He  was very thorough with everything that was completed and I was very pleased with the quality of service. The only reason I would give him an A- for is because he replaced a glass mirror in the bathroom, but left the glass in a closet. I had to then take the glass out myself which caused it to break.
