"This vendor finished the job quickly and completely cleaned our yard."

"I needed some trees and bushes trimmed down and the yard debris cleaned up to HOA standards. Jose from Bonita Vista called and on short notice he brought crew out and took care of the job in no time. He was very courteous and polite and he was very enthusiastic about the quality of his work. Promise delivered, thank you Jose."

"Jeffrey was prompt in getting an estimate to me, friendly, and very professional and careful in doing the work. The windows look great!"

"Willie was prompt, courteous, and did a wonderful job - everything he said he would do. We have since hired him to do more work on our yard, including installation of a water line, planting a tree, and removing unwanted plants. We have also set up a regular maintenance schedule and hope to have Willie install a new watering system next spring. We are very happy to have found someone who takes great pride in his work, is very fair, and reliable."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs. We now have the knowledge and comfort of knowing the real condition of our home. We have peace of mind and feel the resale value of our home is secure."
