I serendipitously made the final decision of selecting David Hernandez mainly because his pricing was so competitive. Always punctual, he does a thorough and excellent job. Plus, he goes above and beyond to make the yard look pretty and even offered to add flowers to my landscaping at *no* additional charge to me. When a friend in FL suddenly went blind, I had to quickly leave my NV home and stay in FL a few months helping a friend in dire need. My time was focused on my friend's urgent necessities and my home and bills were on the back-burner. David Hernandez kept servicing my yard without so much as a word from me for 2 months. However, he sent a text saying he knows something must be wrong because I am never home and to not worry -- he would keep up the exterior of my home while I am away. I sent a quick text back telling him about my newly blind friend. David provided an invaluable service based on faith! My home never looked neglected or empty. I never asked David to do that; he took it upon himself, gratis. When my life was back to normal and I was able to return home shortly thereafter, I paid for all services rendered, of course. But just the fact that he trusted me and that he cared about the appearance of my home while I was away was very appreciated. Thank you David Hernandez. As long as I still need landscaping services and he is still in business, he has a client for life! He does an awesome job and I can provide photos of my yard if wanted. "The company responded within minutes and set Orlando out to assess our needs. Ok told him we needed trees trimmed. He gave us a very reasonable cost. Orlando trimmed our trees as needed. Cleaned everything up and actually did more than was agreed on. Then he was able to fix the extension cord for our yard lights that were hanging low for a minimal cost. He did a great job. Professional and efficient. Our back yard is beautiful again. He will be returning next week to remove some bushes and clean up our agave plants.We are very pleased with Lily of the Valley LLC and will hire them to care of future yard work. "I got information about Mike's company, via the Home Advisors link. He call me right away. We scheduled my appointment for Sunday, which I could not believe, on Sunday. I had a sprinkler/drip system problem, which they fixed that same day, (Sunday). Very fast and good quality service and work, caring and pleasant attitudes. I am so very happy with the work that was done for me. Mike and his crew are awesome. I highly recommend them. They also completed work on my back yard, the next day, it looks great, I love it.
