"I would definitely recommend Chris and Sprinkler Medic and I will use them again should the need arise. Chris took care of all my sprinkler adjustments and repairs. He even found a problem I did not know I had. I had a small stone patio put in and the workers covered up one of the sprinkler heads. We could see water bubbling up from underneath. I’m glad he discovered this as I assume it would have eventually eroded the ground under the patio. Chris gave me an estimate for all the work before beginning. When the work was complete, the invoice was LESS than the estimate. Chris said there was less effort than he estimated, so he lowered the bill. I was very pleased that after giving me the estimate, they were able to work on the sprinklers immediately and not have to reschedule for the actual work. I mentioned to Chris that I would be having the yard aerated prior to reseeding and would be marking the sprinkler heads. He gave me some flags to help mark those. He even took the time (at no charge) to locate the underground wiring from the sprinkler controller in the garage to the box in the yard. He said if the aerator nicks the wiring, it would be really hard to find and difficult to repair – meaning very costly. So I really appreciate that he took the time to potentially same me a lot of money in repairs. They were very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. They did an excellent job with the repairs and adjustments. I would highly recommend them."
