"I have had American Lawn and Tree Specialists for 5 years. I absolutely love them. Mr. Perry is top notch and does an exceptional job. He knows his stuff and does more than the big box fertilizing companies. He always goes above and beyond. Sometimes I don't get my leaves up before the last treatment and Mr. Perry will blow the leaves to the sidewalk and proceed with the treatment. The big box companies just sprayed overtop of the leaves. Mr. Perry also educated me on yellow nutsedge, which he kindly kills out of my yard to keep it healthy. Whenever I have have a question or a concern, he responds immediately. You can't go wrong with this company. They are exceptional at what they do."

"I hired William and his team to weed mulch and clean up my flower beds, and weed and feed my lawn. The price was high, but I thought the quality would be worth it. After the work was done, I thought the job was well done, however, I found that there was weed killer sprayed on the grass, but the lawn was never seeded which created large brown spots on the lawn, the beds were not weeded, only mulch placed over the weeds, which grew through the next week. The weed killer was sprayed on my neighbors rose bush and killed it. When I reached out to William, he ignored my requests to address the problem."

I had a work meeting at 2, and could not really spend any time with the technician other than to turn the water on, and to have him let me know that there was an â issueâ with the wiring of my system and someone would need to come back to troubleshoot. I called to try to schedule an appointment yesterday with no response. I called again today and no one answered my call. I turned my system on this afternoon and it seems to be operating normally, so I am not sure of the â issueâ Not sure if this company has changed hands or not, but the responsiveness since last year has greatly diminished. Too bad because they installed my system and have been taking care of it for ~15 years and were previously great to deal with."
