"Carl and his team did an excellent job. From the initial phone call, I knew Carl was the person to diagnose and troubleshoot my problem. He kept in touch up to the appointment, and when he arrived, he already had a plan in mind. While he investigated and examined the components, he educated me and provided knowledgeable insights. Ultimately it turned out to be two lightning-damaged control boards. He confirmed that diagnosis but did not stop there. With a working circuit, he activated every zone in my yard. We counted sprinkler heads, and he showed me how to clean some that were a little clogged after being idle for a long time. He explained the difference between sprayers and rotary heads in terms of function and recommended watering times. When he installed the new controller boards, each 'area' was activated and tested.
