Unfortunately, not all of the heads worked after that, so he had to return again the next week. We ended up having some - unrelated - water line issues, and Tom came to our house on a Saturday evening and spent an hour trouble-shooting with me. So he was very committed to helping me, but the initial quality wasn't 100%. The water line issues got in the way of a seamless experience, but I had total faith in his expertise."

"Last winter my arborvitae hedge was badly damaged by heavy snow. This week Cory from Set Apart Tree service carefully pruned and trimmed it. Within one hour I was pleased to see it beginning to look attractive again. Using pruners and loppers (no chainsaw) he removed heavily damaged branches and lightened drooping branches so they could stand straight again. The hedge is now airy and natural, still high enough to provide privacy, and healthy enough to regain the strength needed to withstand the snow next winter. I have a garden growing alongside the hedge, planted with many perennial and annual plants. Cory was able to work without damaging them! I would use Set Apart Tree Service again."
