I have used the same company for several years and so did several neighbors, while their grass always looks great mine looks horrible....possibly because i have a fenced in yard & that's too much trimming w/weed whacker for the guy. The previous lawn person is registered w/you and I would not recommend them at all! Every billing issue he would blame on his "program".
