"Upon placing an ad for landscaper bids, Hernandez Landscaping and several others provided good samples of their work. I serendipitously made the final decision of selecting David Hernandez mainly because his pricing was so competitive. Always punctual, he does a thorough and excellent job. Plus, he goes above and beyond to make the yard look pretty and even offered to add flowers to my landscaping at *no* additional charge to me. When a friend in FL suddenly went blind, I had to quickly leave my NV home and stay in FL a few months helping a friend in dire need. My time was focused on my friend's urgent necessities and my home and bills were on the back-burner. David Hernandez kept servicing my yard without so much as a word from me for 2 months. However, he sent a text saying he knows something must be wrong because I am never home and to not worry -- he would keep up the exterior of my home while I am away. I sent a quick text back telling him about my newly blind friend. David provided an invaluable service based on faith! My home never looked neglected or empty. I never asked David to do that; he took it upon himself, gratis. When my life was back to normal and I was able to return home shortly thereafter, I paid for all services rendered, of course. But just the fact that he trusted me and that he cared about the appearance of my home while I was away was very appreciated. Thank you David Hernandez. As long as I still need landscaping services and he is still in business, he has a client for life! He does an awesome job and I can provide photos of my yard if wanted. "all work was completed on schedule. Tree removal and trimming was done quickly, great cleanup and care. The patio paver and new watering installation in the back yard looks fantastic. "I was at my wits end when I realized two of my sprinkler control valves were not turning on my lawn sprinklers. My lawn was literally burning up in the Las Vegas sun. I filled out a networx screen for sprinkler repairs thinking this is hopeless! I was stunned to receive a call from Don from Gotcha Handled almost immediately. He asked about my situation, I hoped he would be able to respond before my lawn burned up. To my amazement, he realized my need and told me he could be there in 40 min. He arrived, looked at my situation. I had a mix of sprinkler valves, some very old. One old valve needed a solenoid. He told me he could find it. He gave me the options. He could replace everything with new parts manifolds the next day. Or he could repair what I had for $150, my choice. While everything new was a great idea, I chose to repair. He left, promising to return the need day with needed parts. He returned the next day replaced needed parts, made sure everything was working perfectly and gave me great insights to maintaining my yard. I can’t believe people like this are out there in Las Vegas!"
