They were on time and got the job done when they said they would. Only issue I have is that the soil was not put back into the holes where they had to dig to install the nozzle heads. Within one hour I was pleased to see it beginning to look attractive again. Using pruners and loppers (no chainsaw) he removed heavily damaged branches and lightened drooping branches so they could stand straight again. The hedge is now airy and natural, still high enough to provide privacy, and healthy enough to regain the strength needed to withstand the snow next winter.
