Cheerful, helpful, got rid of all debris including old flower pots, turned on outside water faucet and got garden hose and soaker ready to hook up. Offered to come back whenever I need help due to my limitations."

"We met with Jim in March and went over our needs for a yard that includes wet/dry zones and was having new flower beds installed in the spring. Jim presented a great plan and was open to suggestions which included changing the zones in the far back from vertical to horizontal. He explained his process of doing spring openings first before he did new installs. The spring of 2019 was a record setting wet spring so our project was delayed until July. Jim stayed in contact and was able to accommodate us as his first residential install for 2019. He showed up as promised with a crew ready to work and finished the job in the 3-day time frame. He was able to creatively work through challenges so the system meets our needs. I LOVE having the entire system controlled from an app on my phone. The app is intuitive and it is easy to create multiple schedules involving a variety of zones - some are grass and others are flower beds. The system is flexible and additional heads can be installed as we add more plants to our landscaping. We also have a rain monitor that works in conjunction with the local NWS reporting station. Jim and his crew are professional, easy to work with and nice to dogs who need a break outside during the day. I highly recommend Jim and his crew!"

"They did a great job. The only possible improvement is that they should have bagged up the trash that they removed from the lawn. However, to be fair, at least they removed the trash from the lawn and stacked it on the front porch. Other lawn care services that I have used always leave the trash in the yard; at least these guys gathered it up and placed it on the front porch for someone to bag it up. My one lament is due to the fact that I am disabled, so bagging the trash would have helped me a great deal due to my physical limitations. With that said, they did a great job. I plan on using them again and will recommend them to friends and family."

"It took a week for them to get here but service people very nice and did a good job. However price quoted and price charged were very different but it was because we had a few extra issues. However, the bill sent was even more than the service people told us but the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We will use them again and hope we wont have the same issues ."
