"The good news...They were very professional, knowledgable and cleaned up each day (3 day job) . They took down 8 trees and trimmed another 15. Four of the 8 trees were in a VERY difficult location. The stump grinder was there the next day and did 6 stumps and filled in the depressions on the lawn. It was an excellent clean up. The Bad News..... Communication was lost somewhere between my speaking to the boss and the guy with the chain saw in his hand. They overtrimmed half the trees. They even did trimming the boss told me he didn't recommend! My wife is heartbroken. I would still recommend them BUT take the time off from work and WATCH them"

"I had a big yard cleanup done, and the results were definitely noticeable. The team came out the very next day, cleared out a lot of overgrowth, sticks, and debris, and got things looking much better overall. That said, for the price, I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail. Thinks like edging weren?t really addressed, and there were a few areas? like a very noticeable weed or extra vinyl siding they just left in a pile in the yard instead of nearly putting it back against the garage? that felt like missed opportunities to finish strong. Just small touches that would have elevated the result. Also the day of the job, they told me they?d need an extra $200 because the leaves were wetter than expected and would be more expensive to take to the landfill. I thought the price was already pretty steep and it hadn?t rained from the day before when I got the quote for $1000 including hauling. To be fair, I didn?t bring any of these concerns up while the crew was here, and reluctantly handed over the extra cash to get the job done. Overall, they were fast, friendly, responsive, and did a lot of work in a short time. If you?re looking for a big transformation, they?ll absolutely get it done. Just be specific about what you?re expecting so everyone is on the same page."
