"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

"I can't speak highly enough of Enjay team, they're awesome! They're so professional, polite, respectful, patient, and delivered the high quality customized landscape and fall cleanup that they advertised. I've contacted a good handful (at least 15) other companies regarding work on my yard: landscape companies, arborist companies, shrubs, lawn companies, etc, you name it; none of them even come close to Enjay in regards to customer service, availability, dependability, communication, pricing, and immaculate yard result! My husband and I gave up on finding a company to come out to trim our overgrown bushes, and clean our yard for the year. However, long story short, Braden (from Enjay) reached out to me about a different project that I was not looking for (that was caused by a glitch in Homeadvisors system for when I was looking for help with a part of my roof), but I thought I might as well ask if they happen to do landscaping because I was really impressed with his kindness, taking initiative, and professionalism . To my pleasant surprise, he told me Enjay does indeed do landscaping, yard work, and everything that involves beautifying and maintaining our yard (yes!!!!). He was able to schedule me in within THREE weeks!! I was floored because the other companies that stopped communicating with me initially quoted me at least 4 to 5 weeks out. Their team with Josh (the lead) showed up and they were all very patient with my particulars and involvement as I wanted everything in my yard to look very tidy and a certain way. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable company to make their yard look beautiful and tidy. "Representative came by Monday after inquiry and did overview of property. Proposed plan & estimate were available in a short time. Contractor contacted city to obtain information and permission needed, as we decided to irrigate our lawn from a back yard pond (small abandoned quarry). Contractor knowledgeable and easy to reach. Originally planned date of installation had to be postponed a week due to a crew member injury. Contractor arranged marking of buried yard utilities for both dates. Work was accomplished expeditiously in a single day; the sprinkler system appears to work as intended. All extraneous material was removed from site."
