"Elite Handyman Services handled two jobs for me, gutter cleaning and limb/brush cleaning. The service was fast and professional. You could tell the owner cares about the fine details. Branches in my area need to be cut to a certain size in order to be picked up. The team cleared the brush chopped the branches down to size and neatly placed them. "They called to start the job a few days early.  They were to use my existing sod from the flower beds to cover a couple a spots in the backyard, but they forgot and scrapped all of my sod so they had to bring in fresh sod.  I expected the sod to be laid out in straight lines but the edges are all jagged with several areas being trip hazards.
They apparently didn't do something correct when preparing the cutout for the bed as grass is coming up rampant through the mulch.   The original drawing had part of my bed in my neighbors yard, so they had to adjust on site.  The layout was a little off from the drawing although not too terrible.  Overall, it looks good from the street, but I am a little embarrassed at it up close especially to those who know how expensive it cost.  
They were very nice, respectful, and had to come out multiple times, but it's just not what I had hoped.   I feel i should have done something very small to then evaluate the outcome before going all in.  
Also, they allowed the total to be paid off over 6mths.
