"A great experience replaced a decayed carport roof. They were honest as to what was needed. They identified possible related issues that I might need to consider, where for example, there was wood decay. They rebuilt a small 2nd-story deck and did a great job. They did excellent work, on time, and cleaned up and overall did a fantastic job. I then asked them about my neighbor's property, where the roof, gutters and yard all needed serious attention, as well as replacing two wooden garden gates. They completed all these projects in a day: a fantastic and multi-talented team!!! Great word."

"Luis of 4 Seasons Waterscapes is fantastic. I started working with him in 2017 when he installed my initial sprinkler system. In 2020 part of the system was damaged due to a remodel/addition that I did. They reworked and reinstalled the system that I damaged so that it would function again. I just (2024) had him install an additional line for a drip system to the back of my yard. He was able to do this as the system was designed initially to expand. I am very pleased with his work. He is always very reasonably priced timely, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!"

"We hired JS Landscape to remove and replace about 2000 sq ft of sod (front, back and side yards), install sprinklers, and hook up our existing timer/drip system to main water supply and put all onto a single controller. Carlos and his team were great, accommodating an unexpected fir tree removal in the middle of the job, and incorporating the tree's footprint into the new grass. They hooked up our existing drip lines, which had previously just been running on garden hoses and timers, and fixed a couple of existing problems with it, too. Their communication was always clear about when they would be working (massive rainfall disturbed the schedule somewhat, which they worked around), and always letting us know what they were going to be doing on any given day. They pressure washed our driveway and sidewalks after the job was done, leaving our property clean. The new sprinklers work great, and the irrigation controller they installed is great and easy--controlled from a cell phone. The new grass already looks good--can't wait for the Spring! We would hire them again in a second."
