"We needed to get our lawn irrigation system back up and running after we shut it off due to a leak. They didn't just fix the symptom, but the underlying condition as well. And they updated the timing of the sprinkler zones to make sure my beds were getting adequate water. They were timely, efficient and communicative. Couldn't have asked for better service!"

"Work was done within a week of contacting the company. Looked very nice. A few spots were missed, but not a major issue; may in part be due to amount of mulch available through agreement. ~ 3000 sf of yard covered."

"The clean-up and advice I needed plus a plan going forward. Plus listening to me, the client, as to what I wanted."

"Great at maintaining the yard"

"We couldn’t be happier with our new irrigation system. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything installed faster than we expected. They took the time to walk us through how everything works and made sure we were happy before leaving. It’s hard to find companies that take pride in their work these days, but these guys definitely do. We’ll be using Allen’s Land Services again for future projects!"

"We could not believe the transformation with Ole Mendez design for our front yard. So many neighbors have stop to see what company. They did such a fantastic job which requires hardly any watering that we hired him to do our sons cottage. Again the finished product was far above our expectations. They are also such a pleasure to work with their prices are so reasonable. We do not have any reservations what so ever to recommend Bella Vista to anyone who is looking for nothing less than perfection."

"Bob and Jeremy were very professional and courteous! They're also very meticulous with their work. 100% satisfaction guaranteed! Would definitely recommend to anyone whether it's painting or flooring!"

"Very happy to have Jose taking care of my lawncare needs at a fair price. He started yesterday, and did a beautiful job! Very thorough and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Will be using him regularly going forward!"

"Over the past 20 years Steve has done a lot of work for me on my irrigation system from replacing an old clock, replacing broken sprinkler heads that the lawn guys constantly break, and readjusting and moving heads when needed. He is very reliable and his prices are very fair compared to other quotes I have received. He has moved to central Florida and I hope he moves back here one day. I have yet to find a company here in South Florida that I can trust and who are reliable with reasonable rates."

"Blake has done my weekly yard service excellently. He is always punctual and professional. I highly recommend him."
