"Some of the shrubs to be pruned were not completed. I wish they would have used cutters instead of saws to get individual branches cut out which were dead. Many of the clippings were not picked up after trimming. The smaller heathers were not pruned. Maybe they should have asked me if all was OK before they were ready to leave. Being ill, I was unable to take time to go out and check pruning. I feel the finished work should look more professional. Maybe I am to critical, but new company for me - Any future jobs should be laid out or marked better to make sure all was 100% done. Appreciate them & their business - hope to use again."
