They charged me their base rate as they stated on the phone. The best part is they will come when I need the help. Any other service I contacted wanted me to commit to service. I will have them back in 2 weeks to do more work and when we get all this done then I will post pictures. We are very pleased with their services. "They called to start the job a few days early.  They were to use my existing sod from the flower beds to cover a couple a spots in the backyard, but they forgot and scrapped all of my sod so they had to bring in fresh sod.  I expected the sod to be laid out in straight lines but the edges are all jagged with several areas being trip hazards.
They apparently didn't do something correct when preparing the cutout for the bed as grass is coming up rampant through the mulch.   The original drawing had part of my bed in my neighbors yard, so they had to adjust on site.  The layout was a little off from the drawing although not too terrible.  Overall, it looks good from the street, but I am a little embarrassed at it up close especially to those who know how expensive it cost.  
They were very nice, respectful, and had to come out multiple times, but it's just not what I had hoped.   I feel i should have done something very small to then evaluate the outcome before going all in.  
Also, they allowed the total to be paid off over 6mths.
