Brian told me he could drive by the day I called and see what he would need to do, provide a price and tell me when he had time to cut and trim the .75 acre yard. I didn't expect him to be able to perform the work the same day as I called, but he was able to fit the yard work into his schedule. He sent pictures of the completed work, which was extremely well done. The back yard is fenced and has extremely bad weed growth, but he eliminated that problem and didn't leave piles of dead weeds on the ground. My Realtor was pleased and the house is much more presentable for a sale. He accepts electronic payment, which made the transaction easy for both of us due to the distance involved.
