"It took 3 days after Conrad came out and gave an estimate. Demolition of the front yard took one day. Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Best of all they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. End result fully functional sprinkler system, a home that now has amazing curb appeal, a green lawn. the backyard looks completely updated and a drip system that is up and running. Thanks to Del Mar Landscape the home looks twenty years younger."

"Don’t look any further. First of all I want to say Paul is amazing. My yard has never been this beautiful. When I originally called I wanted to just get my sprinklers looked at. He can over promptly and fixed everything in a short time. He was nice explaining everything to a girl who is not very great with anything that involves outside but he took his time and explained everything . I asked if he did other work such as sod work which resulted in me redoing the backyard. He took his time and did an amazing job. He communicates with you about every step and gives you a great quote. On top of that he was very friendly and sweet. I have had a lot of work done on my house including having my front yard done, which I would not recommend that person to anyone. My hillside lot is not super easy to access but he was cheerful while climbing around to fine tune the sprinkler heads. He was great; knowledgeable, thorough and really guided me through the process. "Juan Lopez did an amazing job on reseeding my back yard lawn, cutting back and treating a huge amount of weeds, laying stone in place of my front lawn, repairing sprinklers and basically revitalizing my garden from a unkempt jungle state. He also took care of a couple of extra things I asked of him during the job at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. "I could not have asked for a better introduction to home remodeling and construction. Ive never had anything done to my house before and Felipe and his team were great. They moved a door for us, retiled our entire bathroom, changed all the hardware in the shower, created a new closet in our bedroom, re-did the plumbing under our bathroom vanity, and built a new wood fence in our front yard. Along the way, I made some additions and changes to some aspects of the job and Felipe rolled with the punches so gracefully. After each portion of work was completed, if I wanted something tweaked, he did it no questions asked. And at every beat of this job Felipe explained everything to me thoroughly, he foresaw issues with some of what I was asking for, created solutions for it, and just stayed in communication with every single development. He was flexible and respectful and open to my ideas. He provided me with critical information when a problem would arise, he always solved it, and the work was great. The fence he built in my front yard is absolutely beautiful and I love ,y new bathroom and closet. His team was respectful and friendly and this is so important when you have a crew of people in your home for a month. He managed every aspect of the job from waste management when our bathroom was out of commission, the painting, the electrical, the tiling and drywall. he even put our toilet back every day so we could use it at night while they were tiling the floor. They cleaned up every day. I mean I just could not have asked for a better experience. We will have him back to add more fencing within the next month and when we are ready to do our kitchen I will be using him them also. I highly recommend this team."
