"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"We hired Rattigan and Sons to enclose our porch with speciality screening. As part of the project they needed to add footings as well. They did all the pre-work needed for the screening company to create and install the panels. Everything is wonderful. Jody and her crew were great and came in, did the work with no issues. "The original deal I bought was for 1 person for 6 hours. Somehow there was a scheduling mix-up, and on the day I expected them, they didn't come. When I called, the scheduling mistake became apparent. The person on the phone was very apologetic, and told me no one could come. But, maybe 20 minutes later, she called back and said, she could send two people for three hours now. I agreed, and they arrived soon after. Evidently someone else had canceled, so I was lucky.
They were cheerful and friendly. They knew what they were doing, had the appropriate tools to accomplish my task list, and didn't leave a mess. They worked efficiently and got my list of things done early. They hung pictures for me in the remaining time, and did all that annoying measuring etc, as well as dealing with a wall that doesn't like to take nails. It's been some time since they did the work, and I'm happy to say that their efforts have held up. The gate has remained stable, the re-hung door works great, etc. In contrast to some others I've hired whose work has not held up.
I would be happy to use this company again, and it was great to get all those things taken care of.
